But according to your requirement, you can only view the rates for an extra line in the Compose Ad Section. But the rates for an extra line depend on the edition of the newspaper you choose to book your ad in. Specify the sub category of your ad category in the Compose ad page. 

The next steps are to select the dates for the ad to release and making the payment. You can make your payment via online Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking or Wire Transfer. You can also choose to pay by offline means like Cash Transfer, Cash/Cheque Deposit, Demand Drafts or Cash Collection.
