For display ad, you may go to the Hindu Display Ad Booking and here select the section of the newspaper where you want your ad to release and then select all the editions from the Select Your Location section.

In the next section, you need to specify the ad size and position to view the estimated cost for the ad.  If the charge suits your budget, proceed to compose your ad and then confirm the booking by making the necessary payment and selecting the dates for the ad to release.

For Dinamalar Classified, you can refer to the Dinamalar Obituary Ad Rates and select the editions individually to book your ad all over Tamil Nadu. You may also visit the Dinamalar Classifieds Ad Rates and here specify your ad type as Display/Text, and then select your newspaper as Dinamalar.
