I like the user friendliness of your website. One thing that will probably make it more easier is to have an option to attach documents if needed on your website itself, instead of emailing them to you. Not that emailing was any harder, but just so everything happens in the flow of booking an ad. I had never imagined it would be this easy.

It's really really nice to see all newspapers ads booking on one plate form. Good service, nice & quick booking & a plenty of options that make me more than happy & more important is online bookings that's very helpful for me as I am a business based in London, so quite easier to book & pay on line.

Good one. No regrets. I even recommended this to another friend of mine who subsequently posted a similar advt a week after mine. However, I had one concern. When I posted my advt, I chose 'box facility' thinking that the advt will be placed inside a box. Later on, I realized that it is the post box facility that Hindu offers and not the visual box I was assuming. Perhaps, add some comment or description to say that it is post box facility. My friend also did the same mistake which costed us twice the charge.

Your website is quite simple to use and good interface with various payment options. I had tried payment and had an issue. Almost got call immediately from your executive on phone asking if there was an issue. This I have not heard with any other service. The ad also came as had been proposed. Keep up the good work.
