In order to place a name change ad in The Telegraph and Anandabazar Patrika you have to select the Announcement section of the paper.

For both the newspaper select the Announcement category. After this you will be directed to the Booking page, here select your preferred location to view all the current rates and offers. One you click the book now option you will be directed to the Compose Ad Page, where you can design your ad content with the help of the enhancements. Next you will be directed to Make Payment page.

Make sure you book and confirm the release date 3 days before so that your ad gets published on time.

Please note that you need to submit an Affidavit of the name change person before booking your ad.
