Sita Narasimhan, daughter of the late Padmini and V.K.T. Chari of Chennai and wife of the late Prof. R. Narasimhan; Lecturer in English Literature at Miranda House, New Delhi, Presidency College, Madras and Newnham College, Cambridge; and translator of Vinoba's Talks on the Gita.
