WHEREAS SWATI NITA TANNA (NEE DESAI), the Plaintiff, did on the 6th day of January 2011 apply to the high court held at Harare for leave to sue you JAYADEEP HASMUKHRAI TANNA, the defendant, by way of substituted service. Now therefore the said Honourable Court having taken prayer of the said application into consideration and granted the same, accoding to these presents summon you the said Defendant to file an appearance to defend with the Registrar of the High Court, within 30 days of the publication of this citation, to answer the said SWATI NITA TANNA (nee DESAI)'s claims for divorce on the grounds of irretrievable breakdown of the marriage. If you do not enter an appearance to defend within 30days, this matter will be set down for hearing at the High Court of Harare without further notice to you.
