Our Client M/s. Carbon Developers Pvt Ltd, a Company incorporated under the Companies Act 1956 having its registered office at No. 5C, 501, George Court, HRBR Layout II Block, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore - 560 043 is desirous of entering into a Joint Development Agreement concerning  all the piece and parcel of the converted immoveable Schedule Property, more fully described hereunder, with the present owner Sri. B. N. Chandrappa S/o Sri. Nanjappa @ N. Chandrappa S/o Sri. Nanjappa @ Chandrappa S/o Sri. Nanjappa, major, residing at Byrathi Village, Doddagubbi Post, Bangalore East Taluk, Bangalore District – , Karnataka India. Any person or persons or the public, asserting any charge, lien, agreement, right, title, interest or claim on the Schedule Property, or any part thereof, in any manner objecting to the Joint Development Agreement of the schedule property, shall lodge his/ her/ their/ objections with the undersigned with in 10 days of the issuance of this public notice, after which my client shall proceed with the Joint Development Agreement of the schedule property, on the basis that there are no claims what so ever, to the schedule property by any person or the public.

No. 47 /2 situated at Byrathi Village, Doddagubbi Post, Bangalore East Taluk, Bangalore District – , Karnataka, India, and bounded as follows; East: Property belonging to Sri. Basavaraj in Sy. No. 47 / 2; West: Property belonging to Sri. Basavaraj in Sy. No. 47 / 1; North: Property belonging to Sri. Subbanna & Shivanna Sy. No. 46; South: Survey. No. 48 & Road.Â
