We,PKG Financial Services, authorized agency of HDFC Bank Credit Card Division hereby notify that we have lost the receipt book no:R with unused receipt nos: R04 to R10 and used receipt nos: R01 to R03.Customers are hereby intimated not to make any payments against the said receipts since they have been declared  invalid for further use. Any claims basis payments made against the above receipts shall not be entertained.
