Under instructions from our clients Mrs. Malti Singh & others R/o 3-6-240, Himayatnagar,Hyderabad- had entered into a registered development agreement-cum-GPA dated 13.10.2008 in respect of all that house and land property bearing M.No.3-6-240 (part) with M/s. Beccun Infrastructure Limited (Formerly known as M/s. Anshu Construction Company) along with M/s. Lotus Gruha Private Limited. Our clients have cancelled the said GPA given to them under a legal notice dated 2.5.2014. That apart, our clients have filed suit bearing O.S. No.457 of 2014 on the file of XI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. Our clients have filed an application bearing I.A. No.307 of 2014 for injunction restraining them from selling total area admeasuring sft built up area along with 20 parking slots in HariOm Towers, M.No.3-6-240, Himayatnagar Main Road, Hyderabad. The Hon’ble Court was pleased to grant ex-parte interim orders on 3.6.2014 restraining them from transferring the property in favour of third parties till 17.6.2014. If any person or persons doing so, they will be held responsible for the costs and consequences arising thereof.
