rn NOTICE is hereby given to the public at large that our client has agreed to purchase Flat from M/s. Bhagyalaxmi Enterprises (“The Vendorsâ€), having, office address at B- 101, Shri Lakshmi Residency S. No. 109/26, Raykar Malla, Dhayari Gaon, Pune – , the property mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written.

rn            ANY PERSON OR PERSONS having any claim or interest in or to the Flat mentioned in the Schedule hereunder by way of sale, exchange, mortgage, lease, inheritance, gift, lien, charge, maintenance, easement, trust, possession, occupancy or otherwise is / are hereby required to make the same known in writing along with documentary evidence to us at : Shop No. 2, Prabhadhini CHS, Plot No. 13A, Sector 12A, Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai – within 14 days from the date hereof failing which it shall be deemed to have been waived and accepted that there does not exist any such claim or interest in the property mentioned in the schedule hereunder and our client shall proceed to conclude the transaction without any reference to such claim.
