I, Ravi Prakash Gupta, Sree Utopia Apartments, Marathahalli, Bangalore have with effect from May 29, 2010 revoked/cancelled the GPA appointing my father Dev Prakash Gupta as my Agent in 2001 while proceeding to USA. As my Agent has informed that the original GPA is untraceable, through this Public Notice I caution all that any action taken on the basis of the above said GPA by my Agent will not bind me and I shall not be responsible for any act whatsoever.
