Shri Ashok Kumar, S/o (Late) Shri Kedar Nath, R/o Saundarya Apartment, New No. 18 L, Dames Road, Chennai, Banda, has submitted an application in this office, on 16.07.09 wherein he has appealed that he has acquired the complete portion of the house no. 49 A/8 through Successor Certificate, dated 03.06.2003, a copy of which has been attached by him and has requested to invalidate the house no. 49 A/8 and entries against the said number.
Under the Municipal Council Act 1916, Section 147 (2), you are being asked to the effect as to how did you enroll your name, even without approval of competent officer, in house no. 49 A/8 during the five year tax assessment years 2005-06 through 2009-10. You are asked to submit your clarification at this office within 30 days of the receipt of this notice, along with supportive documents, evidences, etc. In case of non-receipt of any objection with evidence, it will be deemed that you have no objection against the invalidation of the house no. 49 A/8 and the entries inserted against that number. Accordingly, the house no. 49 A/8 and entries in that number will be cancelled.
