Here after you select the ad type (in your case it will be Display ad) you will get a pop up where you have to select the newspaper name. Then after selecting your newspaper/pullout you will be directed to the next page where you have to select the location. Next select the ad size view the rate and come to the Compose ad Page. Design your ad content and finally make payment.

Please note that you book and confirm the release date of your ad at least 2 to 3 days in advance so that your ad gets published on time.
