Notice is hereby given to the Public, on instructions from my clients, Mrs. Milane Javid Baig and Mrs. Zohra Anis Baig, that Runwal Homes Pvt. Ltd. has illegally cancelled/terminated my clients booking/allotment of Flat Nos. 2505 and 2605 ad-measuring 732 sq. ft. each, on the 25th and 26th Floor respectively, in Tower No. T1, Oakwood of Runwal Greens situated at Goregaon Mulund Link Road, next to Wockhardt (Fortis) Hospital, Mulund.
The aforesaid bookings/allotments are valid, subsisting and binding.
Any person/s dealing with the said Runwal Homes Pvt. Ltd. and/or any of its group/sister concern/affiliates/trusts/entities in any manner with respect to the aforesaid Flats shall be doing so at his/their risk and the same shall not in any manner be binding on my aforesaid clients.
