1.Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956, an application has been made to the Government of India for a licence directing that –
A body about to be formed under the name of “SAMVRIDDHI INCLUSIVE GROWTH NETWORK†may be registered as Company with limited liability without the addition of word “Limited†or the words “Private Limited†from its name.
2. The Principal objects of the Company, are as follows -
To promote harmonious renaissance of ideas through simple technological initiatives in relatively backward and underdeveloped regions for enhancing capabilities of the local development organization and providing financial inclusion and financial education for the rural people at large for greater financial sustenance and other charitable objects and purposes in India.
2A. A copy of the draft Memorandum and articles of association of the proposed Company may be seen at EC – 279, Sector -1, Salt Lake City Kolkata – 700 064.
3. Notice is hereby given that any recognised person, Firm, Company or Corporation, objecting to this application may communicate such Objection to the Regional Director with in 30 days from the date of this notice, by a letter addressed to the Regional Director – Eastern Region, Company Law Board, Nizam Place, II M.S.O. Building, 3rd Floor, 234/4, A. J. C. Bose Road, Kolkata – 700 020 and also communicate to the applicant at underlined address in preceding Para.
