PROCLAMATION REQUIRING THE APPEARANCE OF AN ACCUSED PERSON
(U/Sec.87 Cr.P.C)

Whereas a complaint has been made that:
1. Mr. Dalbir Singh Chauhan, Chairman and
2. Mrs. Usha Chauhan, General Secretary/Principal
Both belonging to:
M/s Cambridge Educational Society,
Khindrabad Road, Assandh,
District Karnal, Haryana 132 039,
Vide Court Order Nos. 2344 of 2009 and 2345 of 2009 respectively, have committed (or are suspected to have committed) the offence punishable U/s 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and it has been returned to a warrant of arrest thereupon issued that the said Accuseds have absconded (are concealing themselves to avoid the service of the said warrant).
Proclamation is hereby made that the said Accuseds are required to appear before this Court on 10th February 2010, to answer the said complaint.
