I want to put an ad but when I am trying to provide my discount code before making the payment I get the message invalid code. Kindly resolve?

We would like to inform that the error may be occurring due to the following reasons:

• Each coupon can be used only once, i.e for booking one ad only.
• Each coupon distributed to customers mostly for promotional purposes is valid for a month.
