You need to book an ad in the Name Change Category in Pratidin.  In Pratidin,  change of name ad can be booked in two formats Those are:

	
		 Classified Text
	
		Classified display


	You can book change of name ad by clicking https://pratidin.releasemyad.com/rates/change-of-name

	 Then follow these steps :

	
		 Select ad type (Classified Text / Classified Display). 
	
		Choose your preferred location/package
	
		Compose your ad. The ad matter should be as per the affidavit.
	
		Select the release date.
	
		Make the payment
