I am central govt. employee want to ad my surname. Is deed as prescribed by dept of publication is sufficient to publish name change announcement in news paper?

In order to book your ad under the name change category, please know that you must first select the newspaper in which you want your ad to get published then choose the category as Announcements and the sub-category would be Change of Name.
